Large construction company invites builders and construction brigades for permanent work for: the building of complex monolithic structures, strip foundations, columns, as well as the manufacture and installation of metal constructions.
Description of functional responsibilities
Requirements for the candidate:
1. Education
Higher building or construction and technical education
2. Knowledge and skills that are important for this position
Control of completeness and quality of working and design documentation coming from the customer
Carrying out production control of quality of performance and assembly works.
Constant monitoring and determination of planned original costs.
Organization of the technical training of the building production, provision for improvement of quality construction, reduction of material and labor costs.
Coordination of work of technical services for automation and mechanization of the building production.;
Introduction of scientific and technical achievements, progressive technology.
Carrying out works to improve organization of building works, prevention of deficiencies, increase in quality of carried out building works, savings of all types of resources certification of workplaces, use of reserves, increase in work productivity and reduction of production costs.
Ensuring compliance with technological sequence of construction and assembly works.
Control of completeness and quality come from the customer of working and design documentation, informing heads of construction areas, execution and maintenance of design and technical documentation at sites.
Regular carrying out production quality control over implementation of construction and assembly works.
Managing activities of industrial and technical department, control of the state of labor and production discipline of workers.
