Organization and management of the construction process, setting tasks, issuing and monitoring tasks directly at the construction site, filing applications for and incoming control of material and technical assets, quality control of executed work, preparation of executive documentation, organization and control of implementation of occupational and technical safety

| Requirements for the candidate: | |
| 1. Age: from / to (preferably, acceptable) | 30-45 years old |
| 2. Gender: female / male (necessarily, desirable, indifferent) | Male |
| 3. Education | Higher profile (civil engineer) |
| 4. Knowledge and skills are important for this position | Ability to read blueprints, knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations, State Construction Regulations, State Standards of Ukraine, skills in operating geodesic tools. |
| 5. Experience | At least 5 years old |
| 6. Other requirements | Readiness for work at sites outside Kyiv, business trips. |
| 7. Personality, business qualities of the applicant | Capable of gaining authority in the team, leadership qualities, non-conflict, decency, responsibility. |
| 8. Knowledge of computer programs (hardware) | Confident PC user , the ability to work with specialized construction programs will be an advantage. |
| 9. Level of knowledge of foreign languages | Optional, knowledge of a foreign language will be an advantage. |
| 10. Availability of a driver's license (category), car (Yes No) | Optional, whether your documents or your own car will be an advantage. |
| Proposed conditions | |
| 1. Salary Minimum / maximum bonus and otherе | 15 000 UAH / month |
| 2. Is work associated with business trips (periodicity, regions)? | Possible business trips in Ukraine |
