Brief description:
Plant for production of body parts of SKODA cars is body welding plant in the village of Solomonovo, Uzhgorod district, Zakarpattia region.
This project provides for the development of a frame of the welding and forging shop:
• Designing steel structures of the welding shop with canopy.
• SS, SSD of the site for equipment along the upper belt of the frame of the "E" axis and technological gallery of the "B" axis in the welding shop with canopy.
SS working documentation (WD) of additional suspended steel site under transformer in the welding shop of the II-queue of construction of car assembly shop in the village of Solomonove of Uzhgorod district.
The structure of scientific and technical products includes:
• general schematics of the location of suspended equipment and sites with equipment;
• the total load on the nodes of trusses ;
• frame schemes with an indication of actual effort and if need strengthening separate elements in trusses;
• reinforcement of truss nodes for fastening equipment;
• fastening nodes are attached to equipment and operations areas.
