| Description of functional responsibilities | The calculation of the volume of materials on the basis of drawings, preparing and processing of applications for commodities and materials, drawing up a schedule of work execution, work execution projects, collecting and completing the executive documentation. |
| Requirements for the candidate: | |
| 1. Age: from / to (preferably, acceptable) | 25-55 years old |
| 2. Gender: female / male (necessarily, desirable, not principle ) | not essential |
| 3. Education | Higher (civil engineer) |
| 4. Knowledge and skills are important for this position | Ability to interpret blueprints, knowledge of Construction Norms and Regulations, State Building Norms, State Standards of Ukraine, ability to work with geodetic tool. |
| 5. Experience | At least 5 years old. |
| 6. Other requirements | Readiness to work at sites outside Kyiv, business trips. |
| 7. Personality, business qualities of the applicant | Ability to earn credibility with the team, leadership qualities, non-confrontational, decency, responsibility. |
| 8. Knowledge of computer programs (hardware) | MS Office, AutoCad , skills in other specialized building programs will be an advantage. |
| 9. Level of knowledge of foreign languages | Optional, knowledge of a foreign language will be an advantage. |
| 10. Availability of a driver's license (category), car (Yes No) | Optional, the presence of documents or your own car will be an advantage. |
